Topic-focused workshops
Psychoeducation simply means learning about how your mind and body work. These sessions help individuals, families and professionals better understand autism, ADHD and related mental-health topics — in plain language, without jargon.
For practitioners
Paul offers educational and reflective support for practitioners who want a more informed understanding of neurodiversity and affirming practice. This sits alongside — and never ahead of — his work with clients.
Group work
Group sessions may be arranged around specific topics, shared experiences or educational themes, subject to availability and suitability.
You do not need to choose a service before making contact. Share what you are looking for and Paul can help you consider the most appropriate next step.
